On 14–16 August 2025, the Legal Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University, led by Ms. La-ongdao Somdeewiradet, Acting Director of the Legal Affairs Division, organized the “Legal Capacity and Expertise Development Project for Fiscal Year 2025” at Krungsri River Hotel, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The objectives of the training program were as follows:

To provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the principles, procedures, and techniques of fact-finding investigations in accordance with the rule of law and principles of good governance.

To equip participants with knowledge and understanding of the principles and techniques of drafting announcements, regulations, and bylaws that are clear, comprehensive, and legally sound.

To enable participants to apply the acquired knowledge and skills effectively in their actual work, particularly in conducting fact-finding investigations and drafting institutional regulations.

To reduce legal risks and disputes that may arise from ineffective investigations or enforcement of regulations, and to promote a positive organizational image.
The program was honored by the presence of Mr. Suraphon Tipsena, Director of the Division of Educational and Cultural Law, Office of the Council of State, who served as the keynote speaker on the topic “Enhancing Techniques in Fact-Finding Investigations and Drafting Announcements, Regulations, or Bylaws for Higher Education Institutions.”
