On 14\u201316 August 2025<\/strong>, the Legal Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University<\/strong>, led by Ms. La-ongdao Somdeewiradet<\/strong>, Acting Director of the Legal Affairs Division, organized the \u201cLegal Capacity and Expertise Development Project for Fiscal Year 2025\u201d<\/strong> at Krungsri River Hotel, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The objectives of the training program were as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    To provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the principles, procedures, and techniques of fact-finding investigations in accordance with the rule of law and principles of good governance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    To equip participants with knowledge and understanding of the principles and techniques of drafting announcements, regulations, and bylaws that are clear, comprehensive, and legally sound.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    To enable participants to apply the acquired knowledge and skills effectively in their actual work, particularly in conducting fact-finding investigations and drafting institutional regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    To reduce legal risks and disputes that may arise from ineffective investigations or enforcement of regulations, and to promote a positive organizational image.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The program was honored by the presence of Mr. Suraphon Tipsena<\/strong>, Director of the Division of Educational and Cultural Law, Office of the Council of State, who served as the keynote speaker on the topic \u201cEnhancing Techniques in Fact-Finding Investigations and Drafting Announcements, Regulations, or Bylaws for Higher Education Institutions.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
